16 Weeks from XPC Finals @ The Arnold Classic

Today was 5x5 volume for squat/deadlift training and the movement was SSB wide stance good mornings. All my training this week was pushed a day earlier because I leave for the 2015 Athletic Business Conference in New Orleans tomorrow morning and won't be able to train for a few days (but then I'll be back at elitefts training on Sunday). Overall training went well, I definitely need to get stronger on these non-suspended good mornings; and I think hitting these type of reps to focus on time under tension will help me keep better position for squats.

A. Standing Ab Pull Down Warm-Up - 6x15

It took me longer than usual to get warmed up today; my hips have been getting worse recently (lots of audible grinding and some pain). I'm going to work on getting an X Ray in the next few weeks so I can have Dr. Ryan Smith take a look at them.

B. SSB Wide Stance Good Mornings - 5x5 w/ 240lbs
