Crazy how the time is flying!!!

I was back at it and eager to smash weights again. I was working with Paul Oneid. We were benching and I found out quick that I need a lot of work on my raw bench.

Bench

Bar x 10 135 x 6 185 x 3 225 x 1 275 x 1. This was already starting to feel super heavy and all over the place. 315 x 1 335 x 1 365 x 1. This went a little squirrelly so I called it there. I didn't have much technique or strength 225 x 10 225 x 10. These sets felt much more together and I could stay tight.

Dips

2 sets of 10 and I was out.

I need to get my shoulder looked at as it's been a little wonky.

Also, I think the more upper body stuff I actually do, the better I will get at them
