It`s like a Charlie Brown Christmas

We had everyone over at the regular time and regular lifts. We have some of the team getting ready for the RPS In New Jersey at the end of the month, some for the April meet here in Ottawa Ontario and Paul Oneid is getting ready for the Arnolds.
Everyone was crushing weights. But after was the best part! We had a pot luck supper and crushed a bunch of food! Brenda's beef is incredible and disappeared quickly haha
The food was all amazing, but the team that we have been building was the best part for me. The fact that we can have so many lifters in one spot with one goal is amazing. It's made better for me knowing that we can bring Odin all the time and he is welcomed by everyone and tracked by everyone as well haha. Odin is often in his own glorious world and isn't aware of bars and weights moving. Everyone is more than happy to help keep him from getting squished :)
