After coming off a top 10 all-time multiply bench press performance, I'm now taking a few weeks to get back into some light hypertrophy training. My focus right now is to keep my body healthy and feeling good, while laying a solid foundation to start a new off season full power training cycle by the end of August.

After having an awesome wedding party weekend, it was back to getting in some light leg training. The rec center is closed for most of the day due to student training, so I worked my other part time job all day. As such, after work I came home and got a good leg pump and quick session and called it a day. I'm feeling ready to jump back into some hard training, but I'm holding off until Saturday. For now, just keep the muscles working and letting my body stay fresh.
