I had a minor back injury and prior to the past couple weeks I haven't really squatted in awhile.
Squat: barx5 135x5 225x5 315x3 365x1 405x1 455 x1- light wraps 495x1 - light wraps 545 x 1 -Maverick Wraps. I worked up to 545 last week and it was a lot harder than it should have been. This week was the best I've ever moved it. I actually double checked to make sure it was the right weight.
585 x0 . I loaded it up, wrapped 1 knee, and my ipod died and the gym was dead silent. I wanted to end on a positive note. I unwrapped my knee, unloaded the bar and called it there. I will hit it next week.....
I did 100 prone hamstring curls and called it a night. I was happy with how the 545 moved but pissed that I didn't hit that 585.
