Ok, back in briefs. It had been years. Feels like starting over again, but yet it felt familiar. However it felt good to be back in them and that was the most weight I have on my back in 2 years. Therefore of course it felt heavy for my CNS but it moved!

Conventional Deadlift sets:

Reverse hypers 3 sets
