Friday Night: Biceps
Cable curl warm up 5 sets of 15 each arm
Curl bar curls 4 sets of 10 with a plate per side
Alternate DB curl 4 sets of 10 each arm
Preacher db curl 4 sets of 10 each arm -end with set of 8
DB Hammer curl 4 sets of 12
Abs 4x15
Sunday: Triceps
*Freya was pretty kranky and mom was training heavy in gear so I didn't get much accomplished
Ext against mini band warm up 5 sets of 15
Rope pressdown 5 sets of 30
Rolling skullz *easier on my elbows than regular skullz 4 sets of 10 -end with set of 5 with 2 plates per side
Press down with big balls attachment 4 sets of 20
Abs 4 sets of 15
