Ask and you shall receive. Last training cycle when I was going to prep for Relentless, Casey didn't have me do any accommodating resistance in my training. I, personally, feel there is a benefit to it. So this training cycle, he added them. Yay.

Walking 1/4 dips - 4 trips

DB incline - 3 sec eccentric/iso/concentric for 3 x 10

Side note tip:

If you know what works for you or benefits you and you are following someone else's program, don't be afraid to communicate that. You know your body better than anyone else. Just make sure you have a reason for it, not just because "it feels good."
