D. Cable Bicep Curls SS Triangle Push Downs 4x20

E. Ab Wheel 4x15

Deadlift Day

A. Deadlift 135x8 225x5 315x5 405x5 455x5 495x3 525x1x3 Sets

B. Hyper Extensions Body weight 4x25

C. Lying Leg Curls 6 Sets, 6 reps each leg, back and forth until are sets are complete

D. Pull Throughs 4x15
