I got to London a little early and had some time to kill, so I headed over to the soon to be new Elitefts headquarters. It is going to be awesome, no doubt about it. But, I will definitely miss the s4 compound. I have a lot of good memories there and that place will be hard to top.

Like every Sunday, we benched. We had a great crew, I believe there were 8 of us max effort pressing using the shoulder saver. Since I just competed a couple weeks ago, Dave said I need to take it easy for the next few weeks. Which isn't easy because 1) I'm upset with my bench from the meet 2) my bench feels pretty good right now.

After warming up for a half hour, here's what my benching looked like: bar x 10 135x10 225x10 275x5 315x3 365x1 405x1 425x 1 easy rep. I asked before this, "how long 'till Dave yells at me"? But, Ted Toalston beat him to it. So, this was my last rep of the day.

Dumbbell bench (very slight incline) 85's x15 115x 12, 10

Lat Pulldowns light x15 medium x 12 heavy x 10

Didn't do much after except BS with Dave about business, training, and life. That in itself makes the hour drive each way worth it.
