I have to admit I have been feeling kinda down, lazy, unmotivated, and did I say lazy lately? Can't really pin point my problem but tonight benching 115 lbs felt heavy. A little pep talk from Ken and with a minor bench tweak in my set up everything started to feel light. Sometimes if your technique is off and everything feels heavy it tends to make you want to quit.

Well tonight I'm back with a great bench session.
