New favorite training song!
I am now two weeks out from my last meet, I have been taking care of a shoulder problem. Really its just a shit ton of inflammation. It's taken for ever for it to go away. Lots of ice, chiro, and shoulder mobility drills. I am actually pretty surprised that I stay with all this crap. Two weeks of piddly fuckin around is boring and frustrating. I benched up to 255lbs pain free. I think one more week of this inflammation infiltration and I will be set to hit the gas pedal for my meet in 7 weeks
