I'm getting better and better at benching, and finally somewhat confident in my bench. This workout I just had to hit my opener 400 ish for the Arnold. My goal was to move it like a warmup and keep my form perfect. I was really happy with the way it went.

I tried to move all of them the same speed. I obviously slowed down a little bit, but my 400 was one of my best presses this training cycle. My meet pr is only 430, so I am feeling good about where I am at.
