Week 2 of my bench program. It's an 8 week program 2x per week and you max out on the 9th week. I've struggled to really put anything on my bench in the past year or two so I'm giving this a whirl. It's a lot more volume than I'm used to but as long as I can stay healthy I think it will help.
Bench Press: bar x 10 135x10 225x8
Working Sets: 260x8 325x6 345x5 365x 2x4 Max reps @345 - 9 reps max reps @325 -10 reps
Like I said, lots of volume for me. Apparently, my endurance sucks because not too long a go I hit 315x18 But, I guess that means I can only get better.
Accessory work: Stayed light -Db seats shoulder press 50lbs x 10 reps x 3 sets 100 light cable tri pushdowns
