If you read my last bench program post, I shut my last set down early bc my pec felt a little "off". Well, I probably should of taken a couple extra rest days. My pec didn't feel great going in to today, so I spent some extra time warming up and was pretty cautious in my early sets. I knew I should have given myself at least a couple extra days to rest.....
Bench Press: 60% x 8 75% x 6 85% x 4 90% x 3 95% x 3 reps x 2 sets 80% x max reps
I was a little hesitant all the early sets and got to my 95%, which was 415 x 3, I smoked the first 2 surprisingly easy and strained my pec. I don't think it's too bad but I am going to shut it down for the next week or so, which really sucks because my bench has been going up.
Accessory work: DB Side raise 3x10 DB front raise 3x10 Facepulls 3x30 Cable Tri Pushdowns 100 reps.
