Bench has been at a standstill for quite sometime and I've definitely become a better and stronger lifter since working with Goggins. After this meet I will be doing my own programming and going back to basics while implementing the things I've learned from Goggins [because I've added 70lbs to my total]. When I trained strictly westside and started strongman, my bench went up. It's just a matter of re-evaluating and attacking it. I've committed about a year to this approach I'm doing and it's only gotten me so far. I think going back to the basics of what I used to do will help. We shall see.
