Training with some new people tonight, helped a young girl with her bench, I watched her bench, told her I would change everything about her set up and technique and she would leave with a P.R.

Guess what, she left with a P.R. for a singe and a 3 rep P.R. Technique is everything and I will practice until the cows come home and sing over 200 lbs !

24 kg Kettlebell Rows 10/10 x 3 rounds

Dumbell rollbacks 20 Lbs x 10 x 3

That was it, saving some energy for training at the S4 compound this weekend, our favourite thing to do!
