I have been tryin to use the shoulder saver every third week so I can get my CNS used to handling a little heavier weight.

I felt great and the last set moved well. I would have loved to take one more a little heavier, but I was lifting by myself.
Close Grip Bench (With Shoulder Saver) 315lbs 3x10
Dumbbell bench 3x20 superset pullup 3x10
1x25 dumbbell side raise (20lbs)
I felt great. My best competition bench is 430, my 3RM is 405. Granted it was with the shoulder saver but the 405 x 3 my last set felt pretty good.
