I used a single mini band - on one side of the bar, under the bench, and hooked on the other side of the bar. So it wasn't a crazy amount of tension.
Bench (to the chest) I warmed up starting with the bar, and took 7 or 8 sets to work up to 315.
Working Sets: 315x5 x 5sets
Secondary movement: 185x10 x3 sets - 90 seconds or less between sets.
Accessory work: Dumbbell slight incline press 105 lb dumbbells 3x10 machine shoulder press 3x10,8,6 Tri Cable Pushdowns - heavy 3x10
