Today was a 180 degree reversal from how I felt on Tuesday. I'm very happy about this since that's what is supposed to be happening during a deload. On Tuesday everything sucked and while I didn't hate training, especially since I had Gregg with me to share in my misery, I did not leave feeling good about the rest of this week. Today I trained at a more normal time (for me) and despite perspiring in the manner of a working girl in a house of worship, all the weights felt light as a feather.
