I haven't been exactly consistent, and to be honest I've really been hammering squats because I'm so excited I can do them again - probs not my best idea tbh. Anyway, I haven't benched in a hot minute, so I decided to bench today, yay.

Bench 165 x 4 x 5 Pull Ups 3 sets of 5 Lat Pull Downs 3 x 15 Tricep Extension 4x20
