DE DL/SQ

I switched back to morning training today and it was glorious. I still hate having a firm cutoff time, but I have way more energy and way less stress in the morning so it's better for the foreseeable future.

Chain Deficit Axle DL (1.5" deficit, 3 sets of chains)

20x70 - No chains

10x70 - Add chains

6x160

4x250

2x300 ---------

4x2x320

2x360

2x400

2x2x420

400 still felt like I had good acceleration, but I was a little slower. 420 slowed me wayyyy down so I stayed there for my 8th set rather than bump up any more.

Band SS Yoke Bar Box Squats (avg bands)

10x65 - Added bands

6x155

4x205

2x245 ---------

6x2x280

2x300

I opted not to do my 8th set of squats because I was shifting all over the place with 300 and it felt bad in my left hip and both knees.

Band Assisted Home GHR/RFE Goblet SS/SS Yoke Bar Calf Raises

10xBW minus mini band/10ea x BW/20x245

10xBW minus mini band/10ea x 50/20x245

GHRs were definitely harder since I haven't done them in over a month. I really didn't want to do the RFE SS so I started out with just body weight for the first set and then called myself all sorts of names after it was stupidly easy. I only had time for 2 sets of assistance work because then I had to stop and get ready to go to work.
