I like the buffalo bar design for squats because it does provide some shoulder and elbow relief when squatting versus a straight bar. I find it a good way to try to keep the shoulders and elbows healthy. I don't notice the bend of the bar impacting anything else.

worked up doing triples to 780 for a double

830 for a single

 

deadlifts with chains

worked up doing singles to 405 and 8 chains

 

band walks

2 trips of 30 feet

 

inverse curl machine

115 pounds of assistance for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

hanging leg raises - held 6-pound med ball with feet

3 sets of 12 reps

 

Things felt good and moved well today.
