Usually I start log post with a similar title with an excuse why I didn't train for the last week. This is not one of those posts.

I trained probably as much this week as I have in the month leading up to it.

I posted for my Tuesday's training here. The rest of the week followed like this.

Wednesday: Camber Bar front squats - worked up to 305 Shoulder saver bench - Heard a pop in my elbow and stopped at 365. Tried to do my chin ups, but the weight of me made my arm hurt a ton and I fell. So, I just did the GHR's

Thursday: SSB Box squat - worked up to 495 Incline bench - I tested my elbow/tricep and it felt sore but I could bench without increasing the pain. Worked up to 295 Assisted chin ups and GHR's

Friday: High handle Trap bar - awful. Just awful. 545. Oh that was with straps too. Camber bar bench press - worked up to 305. This bar gets more crazy the higher the intensity. If you start to grind a rep and shake at all, it's amplified by the bar to the point it's scary haha. I love it!! Assisted Chins and GHR's

Saturday: The only day that I had a time constraint on training. 3 second(ish) paused squats - worked to 495. These felt great! I'm liking where this training is going. Zydrunas press - worked to 205. This is going to be a good movement for all my pressing I think.

Sunday was a special day of training. It gets it's own post!

Side bar: I have decided that I hate Casey Williams. He's pretty, strong and has amazing hair. None of those are my forte. Plus he weighs like 235 and never has to cut. F that guy, I'm I right?

You can see Casey's dreamy good looks on he logs here. Dream boat bastard
