Every day of mine is jammed backed but this day I slept in because I could. Clients canceled. I didn't have to work in the hospital, I slept for 12 hers then watched 3 hours of TV. Then went to the gym. Shoulder was not having a barbell press so I started with machine press and peck deck. Major blood flow enough to allow for DB presses. Some days your body yells "NO" and you have to listen.

Warm up 10 min bike - foam roll - band shoulder stretch - rotator cuff series

Chest

  • Machine press 4x20
  • pec deck 4x20
  • Push UPS 10x5
  • Db press 4x15
  • cable flys 4 sets
Triceps
  • cable rope extensions 4x25
  • cable single arm neutral grip extensions 4x15
  • Skull crushes 4x15-20 with close grip press
  • Rolling body weight extensions 4 sets
20min cardio intervals
