Sled drags are a great tool to build GPP, enhance recovery, and provide extra work for weaknesses. One way to perform sled drags is to attach the sled to your belt, and do sled drags while pressing your abs out into the belt. This forces you to keep your trunk tight and push your abs out to create pressure against your belt, which is the same thing you should be doing when you squat or deadlift. Every step you take the weight will be fighting you, so keeping your abs tight is necessary unless you want to feel like Mike Tyson is punching you in the stomach...
