I'm currently in a off season style of training, trying to bring up weak points and improve body composition for the duration of the summer. At the end of summer I will reevaluate where I stand, and decide whether I would like to compete in the late fall, or wait until the XPC Finals in March of 2016.

Week six of conditioning/recovery work was lackluster at best. It was just a bad week to get some extra stuff done from a conditioning standpoint. I managed to at least get one day in, which is better than nothing. Next week I likely will also probably not get much in either as I will be on a deload and would much rather actually take the rest. I will likely walk once during the week and have some prowler work built in to my deload training days. When week seven rolls around I expect to be back on track walking at least two days per week, and maybe a prowler/sled session (this is largely weather dependent). At the end of the day, I'm still doing a better job with this.

Monday, June 29th, 2015 None for the day. Still "hungover" from the Powerlifting Experience. I got in some light foam rolling and stretching though, so that's a plus.

Wednesday, July 1st, 2015 35 minute walk; 1.5% incline @ 3.2 mph

Friday, July 3rd, 2015 None for the day. Due to personal factors I thought it would be better to just rest my body.
