Cable external rotations

I couldn't externally rotate with my left side using zero weight, so I pulled the cable out to the finish position, and did slow eccentrics to return to the start position. They burned in the right spot so I guess that will work for now.

I'll do my band work when I get home tonight. I may eat pizza in prep.. for my colonoscopy prep which starts tomorrow morning.
