I box squatted to parallel with a buffalo bar vs elitefts light bands doubled over that gave a pretty good amount of tension at the top.
I felt like with this bar the bands forced it a little higher bar position that I would have liked. Maybe because they were walked out and I am so used to using a mono.
Bandz only x5 reps 135x5 185x2 225x2 275x2 315x2 x5 sets - I did a pretty good job at limiting my rest to 90 seconds between these 5 sets.
I felt pretty good and decided to take a few heavier doubles. 335x2 345x2 365x2
