Getting closer and closer to the Arnold. I am feeling pretty confident in where I'm at. Today, my plan was just to pull my opener, which is pretty conservative. So, I knew tonight would be easy enough.
Deadlift

I will open somewhere between here and 700 ish. The 675 felt like a warmup and moved like it should. This training cycle I have done a lot more variations of deadlift (vs bands, off blocks, deficit, chain suspended good mornings) than I have done actual regular deadlifting. I think it has built my strength up, so it will be interesting to see how it pays off.
