First week in a long while not pulling against bands. I can really tell the bands have helped my lockout, but everything felt pretty heavy off of the floor. Next week I'll be on vacation, so I'm not sure how much I'll train but as soon as I get back I will be getting ready for my next meet in September at Rivercity Barbell in Newport, Ky.

I can tell the bands helped my lockout because the 765 was a PR and was easy enough. I should have done 1 more at 800 just to say I did it.
