This was a decent amount of band tension at the top, but I like pulling against bands and the tension doesn't really bother me if it only is really heavy at the top. I like the feeling of the bands trying to rip the bar out of your hands. I feel like it really forces me to keep everything tight, especially my abs and lats (and obviously grip).
I try to pull everything as fast as possible and use the momentum to fight through the band tension.

Everything moved well and I felt great. I am pretty out of shape. I thought for a minute I was going to throw up after the 315x10.

I planned to do a little more, but i'm pretty out of shape and this smoked me. If you haven't tried zercher walking lunges, I highly recommend them.
