Some days you need to "go into the void" and forget everything .

Today was one of those days.

My knees were less painful than usual and I took total advantage of them.

  • Leg press heavy sets of 20 reps till I could no longer get 20 reps
  • walking lunges 200 total with my body weight 100 per leg
  • lyin leg curl 2 x50
  • stiff deads 135x10x10
  • goblet squats 40lb DB 4x25
And done!
