Deathlift ME Single 145x5x3 235x3 325x2 415x1 Jack Squatter(size to big) 505x1 615x1 Straps up 715x1 750x1 *My initial goal was to stop here, I wasn't anticipating an easy pull. But I pulled it as easy as I ever have and my wife ordered me to attempt 825lbs which would be a 10lbs PR. 825xmiss *easy till lockout then I fell backwards 825x1 *not sure if it would have passed in a meet but I hit it!

This whole process took me the time it takes to do my whole training session. I decided to hit my accessory work the next day.
