It's getting to be the time of 4 hour sessions and grueling volume. I wouldn't have it any other way though.You have to do terrible things in order to do terrible things.

Doesn't seem like much, but this wednesday is always the hardest day for me. The amount of energy required for multiple sets of wrapped squats, followed by the down sets is incredible.
