Not the time to be sick, right as weights are getting heavy. Had to push back training a few days but it all ended up ok. is was about 24 hrs of vomiting . I don't get sick too often but when I do its horrible.

I'm fairly tuff and of course tried to work and left early and slept for a whole day that's the only way to truly get over being sick.

My schedule isn't good. There is no rhyme or reason to when I work. I generally only get about 4 days of a month. I put in 54 to 62 hrs weekly. I get about 10hrs of my training in, and 6 hrs of clients in.

Let's do the math , 168 hrs in a week 70 of those hrs are working and training. That leaves 98 hrs left. 42 hrs of sleep leaves 56 hrs of cleaning and taking care of my fur babies. And any rehabilitation appointments to keep my body in working order.
