I saw Jo Jordan doing these and I thought they looked cool. Little did I know he had a modified rackable cambered bar. We have a traditional RCMB, so I had to improvise. It's definitely harder than a regular cambered bar. The weight is spread out so far, its like a giant rectangle of death.
