We all, at some point in time, end up with some gnarly elbow pain. Weither it is from squats or bench, it can't be a rather annoying issue.

Now we all know I don't do that science shit I'm more about the hands-on approach. The following is purely anecdotal.

Any time I start feeling the elbows getting smoked I resort back to the same easy and efficient treatment I always do.

I start by taking a floss band and wrapping below the elbow up towards the shoulder. I'll do that as long as I can make it usually about 2-3 minutes. After removing floss band, I wrap a heating pad around the elbow for 5-10 minutes. I'll let it relax then repeat the same process a couple of times. Usually after a few day of repeating this over and over The pain either disappears or is significantly reduced.

I have no idea why this works no need to lie about it. I can say, for me, this has been a game changer. If you're ever having elbow pain give it a go you never know might just help, if not sorry homie smoked elbows suck.
