Wednesday I hit up the rec in the afternoon to get in a little extra work and get some blood flow moving. I also knew that I was going to be traveling to Purdue to catch a basketball game against Penn State with my sister, my old roommate and his girlfriend, so I wanted to be able to eat a bit of carbs at night and enjoy myself, while not feeling near as bad about myself. The training went pretty well, and I felt really good after the session (a reoccurring theme on these days). I was pretty low carb and calorie all day and after the session until dinner up on campus. Good training, good basketball game, and always good to be back up at Purdue. It was nice to be able to get away and enjoy myself for a good evening of fun in the middle of prep.
