As I lose body weight I start to have to change some slight things about the way I move or the way things may feel as I move with weight. This comes with any diet whether it be slow or fast. It's one pf the biggest mental hurdles a person can get over related to this because you feel "weak" and it's difficult to separate emotional responses from something that should be logical and rational.
