Monday was my final training session prior to my hernia surgery. I know it will be probably at least be two weeks before I'm able to do really any kind of exercise at all, and even then what I'm able to do will be next to nothing, or so light, it's not going to be enjoyable to read or log. It will likely almost be 2020 before I'm able to actually train with some real intent again. I guess I'll keep you updated on how all that goes.
