Couldn't be happier about how today went. I don't think I've squatted over 600 raw since my last full power meet in September.
Squat - bar x 5 145x5 235x3 325x2 415x1 465x1 - Maverick knee wraps for the next few sets 505x1 555x1 595x1 645x1 - Krait knee wraps - first time using these since the meet. I forgot how awesome these things are
The 645 moved really, really well. I was shocked how fast this moved. felt like an opener.
It was hot as could be in the gym, so I did 100 hamstring curls and 100 standing abs on the cable machine.
