WHAT IS HAPPENING WHO AM I

So the long story here is that I'm six months out from my next meet. I have plenty of time to build, recover, and have a bit of fun here and there. I've been considering giving sumo a bit of a shot since I have enough time to try it, and still switch back to conventional if need be. My two training partners and I have been following a john meadows hypertrophy program for three weeks just to keep our hands away from powerlifting following the last meet. I knew I wanted today to be the day I sprinkled in a little sumo deadlift in and wanted to pull off blocks to reduce ROM and get a taste of how it feels. One of the girls is an equipped lifter and pulled two Metal briefs out of her bag... One thing led to another and next thing I knew I was in some loose briefs pulling sumo. It was a fun time, I enjoyed it and might just end up buying a tighter pair for a bit more fun.
