It has been a long spring/summer for me. These surgeries have taken the life out of me. I met with the surgeon, let's call him "DR. FUCK UP", he cleared me to work/drive/travel/exercise/take less diuretics. I am sitting at 260lbs as of today. I haven't weighed this since 15yrs old. The diuretics are slashed in half as well. Felt great this week to feel my muscles after "exercising". DR FUCK UP cleared me to only go up to 40lbs, so all listed movements were 40lbs or less. I meet with the new heart care group next wed so we will see what they say compared to DR FUCK UP.

MONDAY=curl machine, rope press downs, DB shrugs, BB bench press, abs. All were at 3x12.

TUESDAY=Safety Squat Bar box squat, leg curl machine, calve machine, abs. All were 3x12.

WEDNESDAY=DB MIL PRESS standing. 5x12

THURSDAY=Cambered Bar good morn, Strap lunge, Abs. 3x12 all sets.

FRIDAY=tricep press down machine, curl machine sit, cable shrugs, leg raises/BB bench press. All were 3x12.

After each lift i cleaned the facility some as cardio. I am supposed to be walking so used that as walking. I usually do not clean but my summer intern last day was last week and my new fall intern didn't start till thurs.
