On Friday I floor pressed with my strength class.

My Friday bench stuff generally isn't much to speak of. It's always raw, and I usually will just pick any bench special exercise and work up to 1-3 sets of 5, depending on how I feel. Friday was a floor press with a close grip, and since I've been beating the crap out of myself breaking in some new metal shirts, I kept it to one top set.

Here's how it went

bar x a bunch

95 x 5

135 x 5

185 x 5

225 x 5

275 x 5

315 x 5

And that was it. The 315 was actually pretty easy, which is great, since my raw stuff usually declines quite a bit when I'm doing a lot of shirt work. I don't implement these Friday workouts to get stronger as much as I do them to avoid getting significantly weaker as I focus on my geared work.

Finished up with 4 sets of 15 ring rows, then hit the bricks.
