Heavily influenced by Les Brown:

I was stuck in a rut, a pattern of negative thought. I was wondering why, focusing on how unpleasant it was, obsessing about how unfair it was. In life we will experience discomfort and we will experience pain against our will. Quit focusing on the why, why is this happening. Quit thinking about how horrible it feels, this sucks. Quit feeling pity for your situation, it will never get better. Quit thinking about why and start thinking about how. How can I get through this, how can I leap this hurdle, what can I do to get back on track. If you stay in a pattern of thinking why you stay in your rut. When you spend your day thinking about how, how can I fix this you will find a way to fix this.

It simple, quit thinking about the why Start thinking about how, what can I do to remedy this
