[Usually I use red minis- as with week 1. With changing gyms I bring my own bands and all I have are a set of all the Onyx bands. So I'm going to bump up the resistance a little bit, and just be conservative on the bar weight if need be. I'll also add chains up to three per side but that's TBD based on the next couple of weeks.]
