DE OH

My programming is not aimed at any particular competition right now, but the start of a new block of training led to a positive training day that actually left me feeling better, albeit pretty damn winded.

Chain Log C&J (clean once, 1 set of chains)

complex x 85 - No chains

complex x 90 - Add chains

6x115 ---------

8x3x135

3x155

3x175 - Splits got a little sloppy here, but the presses were all solid.

Paused AmBar Rows

10x125 ----------

6x175

6x185

6x195

Not sure if I'll keep the pause or not as I continue to work up on these.

SS Yoke Bar Shrugs/DB Front Raises/Head Support Rev Flys

20x155/15x15/15x10

20x245/12x25/15x10

20x335/15x20/15x10

I haven't done more than play around with SSYB shrugs before so today I was just trying to figure out a rough idea of what weight to start with. The front raises were fine except for some minor grumpiness at my left coracoid process with 25 lbs so I dropped back down for the 3rd set. Reverse flys actually went better than I expected.

And then...

Airbike Tabata

Gross.
