  • 375x1 - last set
No pain and it felt even.

Assistance:

  1. Hack squats 4x10
  2. Single leg press 4x20
  3. Single leg stiff dead 4x10
  4. Pull UPS 5x5
  5. heavy db row 4x6
  6. Close grip lat pull downs 4x12
