Haven't done any heavy work with the SSB in quite some time. Decided to put in some heavy triples and see what I could handle. All in all the weight moved better than I thought. I had to keep in mind that making jumps with the SSB isn't the same as it is with a straight bar. One little slip up and that sucker is pulling you forward which is what happened when I tried a heavy single after my triples. Life goes on.
